    That would include all the zinc, cadmium, aluminum, iron, gold, silver, mercury, U235, plastic, glass, rubber, organic and inorganic materials. In fact, according to the same source, the human body is also about %98 water. Which means if a giant hand should ever wring a human body out like a sponge a great deal of fluid would squirt out, greatly reducing the overall value. And what a sight that body would be following that operation.
