Energy is Eternal Delight

-

I know.

There is no underestimating the many benefits of a good warm up:

- Release of adrenaline:

- Increase of body temperature:

- Increase of muscle metabolism:

- Increase in speed of nerve impulse conduction

Additional benefits of warming up include physiological and psychological preparation. Positive imagery can also relax the athlete and build concentration.

Keep in mind that the perfect warm up is a very individual process that can only come with practice, experimentation and experience. Try warming up in various way, at various intensities until you find what works best for you.

  4. Hmmmm, I presume that is a tattoo by the lady's belly button. Or did she spill some ink there?

    Hmmmm, very interesting.......

  5. And as for the gentleman in the middle, is he taking lessons on how to direct traffic through numerous lights, applying an unusual baton? Or is he so excited that he has forgotten the organic uses of his ordinarily limp member? After all, how often does he have the opportunity, so to speak, to display such a deeply felt verve and enthusiasm? Surely he must be proud of his member's spontaneous (we assume) expression. One which, were the world more innocent, no one would find fault with.
