The way I look at it, America is way past due for a black president.

No offense to Nobel Prize-winning novelist Toni Morrison, but, in all seriousness now, Bill Clinton never was the first "black president." He was not, back then, when he was in office, and he is not now.

And, forgive me for saying so, but neither is Joe Biden...

Or Pancy Nelosi and Schmuck Chumer.

Everybody knows that.

I it !

You've got to give him that: the man's got balls... and a wild imagination!

The world could do with more creative imagination.

Besides, First Lady Kimberly Noel Kardashian West has a nice ring to it!

What is there not to ?

I hear what you are saying, Abigail:

But, alas, what is one to do, the Mayor has spoken:

The law is harsh but it is the law...

Your heard the Mayor, Abigail, for the devout to go to temple, wearing a kippah or a tallit to show their proper devotion to G-d is no longer enough; in keeping with the law of the land—and out of respect for Mayor Bill De Blasio (it goes without saying)—the devout is now mandated to wear one of those:

A selection of T-shirts, such as the one above, that can be worn by both men and women, will soon be available to the devout along with the traditional kippah and tallit near sanctuary entrance.

Or order yours, while supplies last.

It's "common sense".

It’s a quote from Antigone, not Sophocles's, Anouilh’s Antigone:

The graffiti on the facade of the Waikiki Business Plaza is from
Terry Gilliam’s (1995) 12 Monkeys.

It's the title of a 1957 sci-fi novel by Isaac Asimov. 😃

It was translated in French, as Face aux feux du soleil, by André-Yves Richard in 1961.

Good question!
